Each session features four curated pours paired with small bites, creating a focused progression designed to illuminate technique, terroir, and the stories behind the bottles that shape our tasting menu—all offered at $80 per person, non‑inclusive of tax and gratuity.

Guests are encouraged to ask questions, compare impressions, and engage directly with the sommeliers as they share the craft, perspective, and philosophy behind Grey Sweater’s beverage program.
