We do not offer a set menu because it goes against our core values of having no boundaries or barriers for your dining experience. Our vision is to take you on a journey that you have never traveled, and our cuisine is based on the honesty of the product we source around the world. Each dish is thoughtfully designed after months of experimenting, only presented to you once perfected.

We give the option to add a wine pairing to your experience.
If you choose to not add on a wine pairing, we are always happy to make craft cocktails, and serve wine to order as well.
The tier you choose will not change the quantity of the wine you are served, but rather the quality, platinum being the highest top shelf wines we offer for the wine pairing.
POLICIES
Reservations require credit cards.
Reservation may be cancelled up to 48 hours prior no charge will be made to your account.
If a cancellation is made within this 48 hours, the full amount of your reservation will be charged including tax and 20% gratuity, and issued on a Grey Sweater gift card to use toward a future reservation. We will either hold the gift card at the restaurant for you or we can mail it to you directly.
